The successful Residential Property Solicitor will manage a full and demanding caseload with minimal supervision, predominantly advising clients on freehold and leasehold transactions. The Candidate
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor with 3 years plus PQE;
Have experience working within a Residential Property department;
Be keen to pursue business development and marketing activities;
Be highly personable with the ability to maintain strong client and referrer relationships;
Be technical with exceptional organisational skills;
Work well under pressure to meet agreed deadlines;
Have a logical and practical approach with a positive attitude.
