An Intellectual Property (IP) Solicitor or Associate is sought for a demading and rewarding role within a Commercial Solicitors in Leeds. This is a varied role encompassing all elements of Intellectual Property, both contentious and non-contentious. The caseload is varied and will include IP Litigation, Patents and Trade Marks, Licences & Collaborative Agreements, Data Protection and IT Projects. This is a great role for a junior solicitor to join a National recognised team

You will be joining an award winning firm of Solicitors and working within one of the most successful IP teams in the region. They pride themselves in being at the forefront of IP legislation. It is this broad ranging knowledge and experience that enables them to provide a seamless service to their prestigious client base.

The appointed Solicitor will be technically able and be able to demonstrate a real passion in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious IP related matters. Client care is essential and the role needs someone who is happy to do business development work. It is anticipated that this role will be appointed at a junior level in order to meet with the firms medium and long term succession planning. Ideally NQ - 3 years PQE.
