This corporate role will involve you working on a range of corporate transactions but with a particular focus on M&A. The client list is varied and will include a mix of larger corporates as well as SME businesses.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to 3 years' pqe. You should have excellent client care skills and be a good team player.
