Structured Finance lawyer

Our client, a top city practice has an opportunity in their finance group for a structured finance lawyer to assist their client, a multinational bank in house on an interim basis for at least 6 months starting asap.  It is essential that you will have solid experience in structured products to include issuances relating to PD compliant programmes, you will also have experience of derivatives, CLO’s/CDO’s, bond issues, for SPV’s, certificates, warranties, bespoke structured finance transactions.

This is a superb opportunity to join this prestigious multinational banking and FS company and gain front of house exposure to a range of traditional and funky structured finance transactions.
