Senior Commercial Property Solicitor sought for niche law firm in Hertfordshire.

A niche office established within a quaint market town in Hertfordshire they are close to immediate amenities with easy access to transport links. They also endeavour to support local charities involving themselves within the local community and further afield.
The Role
The successful Senior Commercial Property Solicitor will take on a diverse caseload advising clients on company start-ups; formations; acquisitions and disposals; commercial contracts and; franchise agreements. Providing comprehensive commercial advice on complex matters including joint business ventures; sales and purchases and multi-national business agreements, the role will also involve participation in business development activities. Additionally, the Senior Commercial Property Solicitor will take on a range of other commercially related cases which may include Intellectual property rights and IT contracts; software development; websites and; data protection. The Candidate
You will: -
Be a Senior Solicitor with at least 5years PQE;
Have extensive knowledge of Commercial Property law;
Have a history of successful involvement in business development and marketing activities;
Be highly technical with excellent client care and time management skills;
Be proactive with a significant client following.
