You will be working for Page Group, a global recruitment business and you will be based within the Birmingham Legal Team.

Description

Your role as a Legal Recruiter in our team have you working closely with a team of successful legal recruiters who have been with the business for a number of years and who all come from a legal background.

You will be working on our Paralegal offering which will see you recruiting Paralegals for law firms across the Midlands region. Working closely with the wider team you will be able to use our many contacts that we have been recruiting for over many years so you'll find it easy to tap into a client base that is already familiar with the legal team here.

We have an extensive database of paralegals who have registered with us over the years so you're good to go in that respect too!

Naturally we would expect you to add to our database of candidates and this will be achieved through advertising jobs, attending networking events and by seeking referrals from candidates that you will place into new jobs.

Profile

Ideally we would like our next Legal Recruiter to be like us...so what's that like then? Well, we all come from a legal background. We've studied law and have gone on to work within the law either as a Paralegal or a Solicitor. This isn't an essential requirement but we find that it helps and it gives you a head start when you're speaking with candidates and clients and it will help you to really understand their needs. We're happy to consider graduates who have studied law but have decided that they don't want to pursue a legal career.

Essentially though, what we really want to see in a Legal Recruiter is a natural ability to hold conversation with people and a general desire to have fun on the job and earn a good amount of money whilst doing so!
