LAW Absolute is currently working on a unique and exciting opportunity to join a part-governmental, part-private organisation covering a maternity leave starting in November.

Our client is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer, ideally with some experience of working in-house, to cover all contract management & negotiation, procurement, governance, data protection and IP matters. You will also be responsible for managing employee contracts, policies and disciplinary issues, as well as any customer or supplier disputes.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in commercial law, be well-versed with handling a wide variety of matters and be flexible in their approach. You should have multi-jurisdictional experience and be prepared to provide legal and compliance advice across international offices. Knowledge of government contracts through either the public or private sector would be desirable, although not essential.
