Dispute Resolution Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top commercial law firm who are looking to recruit a Litigation Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team. This role will cover a broad range of commercial contentious matters and you will work with a dedicated and proven team with a full breadth of experience. Previous experience in Insolvency is essential.

The firm are looking for a Solicitor with 2-5 years experience in Commercial Litigation. The team covers a broad range of commercial disputes and work with well known blue chip clients. Although this role will support the wider Dispute Resolution team (training will be provided when necessary), the firm are looking to appoint someone with specific experience of handling insolvency matters.Therefor experience in acting for supervisors, trustees in bankruptcy, receivers, administrators and liquidators on all aspects of insolvent estates are essential requirements for the role.
