This firm are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their flourishing team in Staines, Surrey.

This will be a varied role where you will work on a mixed caseload including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate Applications, Estate Administration, Trusts and Court of Protection matters. You will manage your own caseload and be involved in the growth of the Department.

Requirements...

• You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• You will have experience of working in a Private Client department and running your own caseload
• You will have a driving licence and your own car
• You will have an interest in business development
• Those wishing to work part-time will be considered
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• An excellent career opportunity with good prospects
