CORPORATE FINANCE - NQ+
A new position for a Corporate Finance Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in their Kent office.
The role is open to anyone from newly qualified up to 5 years PQE. Ideally, you will have at least 6 months post qualification experience within corporate finance work, the desire to market your work and implement business development initiatives where possible and a strong sense of commercial awareness.
You will be working closely with the Partner who has a great reputation in this field, the role will entail acting for a wide range of clients, such as companies, banks and other financial institutions, as well as for private individuals, and drafting, renewing and negotiating transactional documentation.
