Many of the lawyers are ranked in the Chambers, they deal with transactions at a Magic Circle level and have over 200 years of expertise. The firm attracts many Lawyers from Magic and Silver circles looking for a high quality of work but wanting to work in more of a relaxed environment and perhaps have a better work-life balance. The firm work with all the large banks and have a Real Estate focus in all the areas they practice across. They have recently attracted two new teams from top City firms; this acquisition has significantly increased workload. The firm now has just over 50 fee earners in total.

The role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor for their City of London based office.

The Commercial Property department deals with very high-quality work; you will find variety to the caseload making for a more interesting role. You gain excellent exposure and be dealing with your own caseload, working alongside a Partner dealing with heavyweight work, you will also get excellent client exposure and will regularly attend events with Partners. The work will include; Investment, Development, Landlord & tenant, Commercial leases, and joint ventures. You will find the department is on the same panels as many Top 20 practices; they deal with an impressive FTSE 250 client base.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between 1-5 years PQ
• This role comes with good prospects for progression.
• You will have good technical knowledge
• Strong technical knowledge is essential
• You will be dealing with an excellent quality of work, on par, with top City firms
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience
