The firm is seeking a new Residential Conveyancer to join their flourishing Wanstead, North East London office.
You will work as part of a small team of three. This role is to replace a member of staff who is reducing their hours. You will deal with a very high-quality Conveyancing caseload, the firm have an excellent referral network and a top reputation locally. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.
- You will be a Solicitor, ILEX or Licenced Conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
- This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
- You will have good experience of dealing with a general Conveyancing caseload
- You should have good communication skills, be organised and have an eye for detail
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, up to £50k.
