Our client, a top international law firm, are recruiting 2 Probate Assistants to join their London office. Salary up to £30,000.
The successful candidates will join the Tax, Trusts & Succession Group in the Private Client Division. The roles will mainly involve assisting the Probate team with obtaining Grants of Representation, post grant administration and distribution of the estates of clients. It may also consist of assisting with general trust administration and general administration of deputyship/power of attorney/guardianship matters.
