In-House Lawyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a finance consultancy for an In-House Lawyer.

The company provide communications, technology, data and analytics solutions for the financial services industry, in the UK and Globally.

The successful In-House Lawyer can look forward to working in a small legal team and supporting the business on a range of matters, including sales, procurement, corporate, product development and employment.

The firm are seeking a Lawyer with extensive experience advising on, drafting and negotiating contracts.  This can be commercial contracts, including agency, marketing services, procurement and NDA’s, and more specific technology contracts particularly software licence, maintenance and ASP.

Alongside this there will be some exciting project work in the next few months, including the GDPR, anti-bribery and potentially some M&A work.

Applications are welcome from both current In-House Lawyers, and also those in private practice seeking their first In-House role. Ideally you will have trained at a Top Tier firm, Magic or Silver Circle for example and have qualified into TMT or a similar department.

Applications are also very welcome from Lawyers qualified in a similar overseas jurisdiction, for example Australia or New Zealand, who have trained at equivalent Top Tier firms and have technology and commercial contracts experience.
