Locum Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Locum Urgently Required to cover a period of sickness.

An experienced locum Private Client Solicitor is required to join an established Private Practice Surrey. The role is due to start as a matter of urgency and is expected to last for at least two weeks in duration.  The firm are open to considering candidates on a full time or part time basis.

The firm has a strong reputation within the market and do not have any direct competitors. They frequently receive work via recommendation and repeat business.

Due to the fact the role is to start urgently, candidates are required to be available at short notice or immediately.

The caseload will include a mixture of the following:

• Wills
• Probate
• Administration of Estates
• Lasting powers of Attorney
• Light Tax and Trust matters

Successful candidates are likely to have upwards of 3 years’ experience in handling a full private client caseload.

The firm is located near a main line train station and has parking nearby. The firm is accessible by individuals based in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and London.
