12 – 15 Month FTC: HR Advisor to Fee Earner groups at top International Law Firm: to £44,000

Our International Law Firm client is currently looking for a HR Advisor to look after the Fee Earners in the IP & Media and Disputes practice groups. The duties for this role include providing impartial guidance to line managers on talent issues, i.e. performance, absence, undertaking necessary counselling of staff when needed ensuring confidentiality at all times with view to maintaining staff morale and commitment, play key role in ensuring new joiners are settled into the firm and throughout their probation period, ensure all elements of new joiner process are in place prior to start, liaising with talent support team as necessary, requesting paperwork relating to contractual changes, ongoing review, alongside Talent Business Partners, policies and procedures recommending and editing policies where appropriate, to ensure they are current and in line with best practice and statute.  Candidates should have extensive HR Officer experience within professional services preferably within a law firm.
