In-House Commercial Lawyer

We are currently seeking an in-house commercial lawyer for a government department based in central London.

This role offers some of the most interesting, intellectually challenging and high-profile commercial in-house work available in a friendly and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

- advising on complex multi-strands, fast-moving projects
- negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts
- delivering high quality legal advice at pace

Experience of advising on public procurement law would be advantages.

The role will include implementing government policies through contracts, dealing with a variety of commercial work, and advising ministers and senior civil servants on legal options and instructing. It will consist of a diverse caseload.
