We have close links with partners at our highly successful international client. The Corporate Group is undergoing strategic growth in London, as well as globally, and seeks an ECM/ corporate lawyer with 4-8 years post qualification experience, gained whilst with a top tier UK/US firm, to join their talented Corporate and Capital Markets Group.

You will need to be a team worker, technically strong and keen to build the practice with an ambitious and commercial approach to growth and development both in the UK and overseas. The successful candidate will be offered challenging work on multi-jurisdictional transactions as part of a strong and noted team. You will be offered support in training, development and career growth in a team which has a strategic need and appetite to grow.
