Residential Conveyancer

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer to join its Housing and Regeneration department in Birmingham.

The firm is made up of experts in their fields and offers the full spectrum of legal work. The department at hand is one of the biggest names in residential development and works alongside top property developers in the UK.

The purpose of the Residential Conveyancer role is to assist a growing team and handle your own caseload of plot and residential sales. You will gain exposure to complex and interesting cases through top tier clients.

Previous experience within a legal environment would be preferable but is not essential given you have demonstrable ability to manage your own caseload end-to-end and to deadline. Any experience within property development or a similar role would be beneficial though all candidates with the skills required are encouraged to apply.

You must be able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively. Working within a team and providing adequate support is key but you must also be able to demonstrate initiative where required. Communication, administration and organisation skills will be utilised on a daily basis, so you must be confident across them all.

Drive and interest in the sector is important as regular investigative work and relaying clear advice to clients will be required.
