Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint a junior real estate lawyer to join their office in Italy. This leading law firm features heavily in the rankings and are highly rated across the board in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for a wide range of experience in multiple practice areas such as real estate, litigation and corporate. The team works on areas across real estate such as; land acquisitions, property acquisitions and disposals, grant of business leases, leisure and healthcare development work and property finance.
The team want a real estate lawyer NQ-1 PQE. you will be advising fortune 500 clients on areas such as; property finance, acquisitions and disposals and leasehold constructions. You will also be advising investment companies in the purchase, sale and encumbrance of commercial real estate, advising in various projects, vesting of mortgages and the sale of newly built estates.
Fluency in Italian and English are mandatory for this role and you must be fully Italian Bar Admitted.
