IP Senior Associate

Our client, a forward thinking top-flight law firm, is looking for a talented IP senior associate to join their renowned international practice.


In this key role, you will focus primarily on complex contentious IP matters, covering both soft and IP disputes work drawn from the UK and from Europe and further afield. There will however be some need to support the needs of the business in terms of non-contentious and advisory IP. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to IP litigation.


The firm's IP expertise is all encompassing, covering all aspects of intellectual property such as patents, designs, copyright, trade marks, databases, passing off, parallel importing, anti-counterfeiting, confidentiality, and media.


Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading IP practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. A minimum of 5 years pqe is expected to be required for this position given its seniority.
