Data Protection Senior Associate

Exceptional opening for an experienced data protection and privacy lawyer with ca 4 years PQE+ to join this top-tier global law firm.

In this key role, working alongside likeminded data protection and commercial experts, you will be advising on a range of data protection, information and privacy law issues including GDPR for a roster of major clients in the private and public sectors. These include SMEs as well as larger institutional investors, developers and businesses with global interests and operating in the retail, housing, leisure, construction and financial services sectors - amongst others.

In particular, you'll work on complex projects undertaking DP audits, privacy and risk impact assessments, freedom of information issues, drafting data sharing and processing agreements, corporate rules and privacy notices. The ability to devise and deliver creative training sessions to external clients and internally would be beneficial.
