Our client is looking recruit a paralegal into its team specialising in MOJ portal stage 2 work.
You will be responsible for assessing the case and ensure all quantum evidence is complete, consider the medical evidence, draft the schedule of loss, assess quantum and advise client on the appropriate settlement range.
You will have a proven track record of handling fast track injury cases and handling claims within the MOJ portal.
