Senior level Clinical Negligence/Large Loss PI Solicitor required for Claimant Law Firm in Liverpool Salary up to £80,000. Potential Head of Department position.

Ideal candidates will have in excess of 7 years PQE with a track record of dealing with good quality/high value, life changing PI claims and clinical negligence work. Salary up to £85,000. You will be joining a small but expert large loss team full of driven individuals who work hard, but also take advantage of the availability of the work/ life balance on offer.

With responsibility for day to day supervision of junior fee earners and support staff, you will be given the opportunity to progress your own career in a friendly and supportive environment.

To be considered for this Senior PI/Clinical Negligence role you will have the following experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes;

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven experience of dealing with good quality/high value personal injury and/or clinical negligence claims.
• Knowledge of high value claims and case law surrounding quantum/causation/liability.
• Excellent CPR skills.
• A track record of mentoring/supervising junior lawyers.
• An ability to attract work/win work (for the top end salary)
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• Experienced and proficient in the use of case management systems.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under own initiative.

In return:

Salary: Up to £85,000 for the right candidate (top end of the industry).
