Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – Northamptonshire – October start – £40-£45 per hour
Our client, a L500 recommended firm based in Northamptonshire, is looking to recruit an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor for a minimum period of three months whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad commercial property caseload to include a large proportion of agricultural property work. Our client is looking for experience in agricultural tenancies, option and development agreements, acquisition and disposal, Deeds of Easement, Overage and Clawback Agreements, and complex leases.
This is a full time position for three months with possibility of extension. Flexibility on hours can be considered.
