Due to internal promotion, the Business Support Services department of this large firm in Canary Wharf are looking for an Intranet Content/ Internal Communications Assistant.

The department provides a focus for Information Services and Case Administration Services to support  staff in their work by ensuring easy access to the knowledge and information they need, and they deliver appropriate training in its management and use.
The ideal candidate will be an active member of the Information Services team, to support the effective delivery of information and corporate communications to staff through the intranet platform, Cortex. 
You will be undertaking and managing a range of activities required for the provision of an effective and efficient intranet, including
          Working with the Intranet Content Specialist to plan and deliver effective internal communication and engagement plans
         Editing and proof reading user generated content, to ensure compliance with the firm's intranet publishing guidelines
         Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure a flow of appropriate news stories for publication via the intranet
         Contributing to the project to implement an upgraded intranet based on SharePoint
The successful candidate will have previous experience of delivering news based stories for an intranet in a complex organisation, with highly developed written and communication skills.

The hours are 9 to 5 and excellent benefits accompany the salary.
