Real Estate Lawyer - Highly Rated Law Firm, flexible working - Manchester

A unique new opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join the team of a highly regarded International Law Firm, to be based in their Manchester office.

Our client is a leading International Law Firm who have a network of offices across the globe, predominantly providing legal services in corporate, finance, litigation, real estate and tax. The firm's Real Estate practice is widely acknowledged as a market leading practice, who cover all facets of Commercial Property. Their client list is hugely impressive and includes some of the largest property companies and corporate occupiers in the UK and overseas.

Due to expansion they are looking to bring in a senior Real Estate Lawyer to join a specialist team within the Manchester office. The workstreams on offer to the team in Manchester are increasing all the time and subsequently they need to strengthen their Due Diligence team. The successful candidate will work as part of an elite team acting for some of the UK's largest and best known investors, developers, funds and others active in the real estate sector. You will have the opportunity to continually develop your legal knowledge as you work on complex legal matters focusing on the due diligence critical to the firm's clients managing the risks of their transactions.

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in Real Estate, with your experience and training gained with a City, National or recognised regional law firm.

These roles are focused on flexibility and aim to provide a good work-life balance. Successful candidates will be home-based but will be required to come to the office on at least a monthly basis to undertake training and participate in team meetings.This is a great opportunity for people who are looking to continue to use their legal expertise in a new kind of environment that opens up new and innovative ways of working.
