Position: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Rates: £30-£35 per hour
Urgently seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to assist the firm during a busy period.
Our client is a small, hands on firm specialising in both Residential and Commercial Property Conveyancing .Established over 40 years ago our client has built an impressive reputation acting for their customers to a standard beyond that expected. Our client is looking for a Locum Residential Conveyancer with experience in all aspects of Conveyancing including liaising with clients and both freehold and leasehold arrangements.
The successful Locum Residential Conveyancer will, as well as assisting colleagues , manage their own caseloads. They should also have a good legal knowledge and have experience working within all aspects of Residential Conveyancing.
The Locum Residential Conveyancer will be offered a competitive salary.
