The role…

The firm are seeking a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer to join their flourishing office in Crawley, East Sussex.

The team deal on a variety of cases including RTA, accidents with pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists, accidents at work, criminal injuries, medical and professional negligence and accidents involving all forms of transport. You will represent the clients and their families, managing a large and varied caseload of personal injury claims, mainly involving brain injury. You will run cases from initial instruction to issuing proceedings and organise rehabilitation and support for your clients. You will also be involved in business development and developing marketing initiatives.

Requirements…

• You will be an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer, ideally with 2-4 years PQE
• You will have accreditation to APIL and Law Society Personal Injury Panel
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage a varied workload and effectively manage your time
• You will be qualified to degree level, LPC is desirable but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience
