Outstanding opportunity here for a dispute resolution solictor with a very well known regional firm who are known fo their quality of service to their client base.

This would suit somebody at circa 2 years PQE - and you will have trained and gained experience at a firm with a noted litigation team and have made an impact elsewhere.

You will have access to a wide variety of commercial litigation work - property litigation, alternative dispute resolution, commercial dispute resolution, debt recovery- both civil and commercial, partner disputes, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, insolvency matters and some contested probate matters. A wide variety of work.

You will be an enthusiastic and driven Litigator who would be looking to improve and reach full potential in your career.

Ideally you will be Warwickshire based as the firm have had isues with people travelling long distances before. If you are a relocator then it would be hoped that you could live and work within touching distance of the office location.
