Corporate Lawyer, Manchester

Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Corporate Lawyer for our client, an expanding national law firm, to be based in their Manchester office.

Our client is a well-regarded national private practice, who enjoy a good reputation for Corporate work. They act for a variety of high profile clients including OMBs, private companies, public sector bodies, LLPs, partnerships and individuals. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an additional Corporate Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

The services in their Corporate practice include: mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals. They also handle company formations, re-organisations and re-structuring, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and investment agreements and offer advice on general company law compliance and corporate governance.

I am keen to hear from candidates with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Corporate matters, with your training and experience gained at a national or well-regarded regional law firm.
