Successful Practice seeks Senior Family Lawyer to handle wholly private matters in Berkshire.

Experiencing a period of continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Senior Private Family Solicitor to be based in Windsor.

The Role
Joining a small team of family specialists, the successful Lawyer will use their skills and expertise to manage a complex and challenging caseload of wholly private matters, ensuring high standards of client care and service at all times. Areas may include: financial relief; divorce; cohabitation; children matters including maintenance and arrangement orders; pre-nuptial agreements and; separation. It is envisaged that this role will also require the successful Lawyer to undertake some supervisory work, providing support and guidance to two junior team members. Previous experience acting in this capacity would therefore be highly advantageous.

Keen to get involved with business development initiatives, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and promote the services of the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of five years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid experience in private family matters;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
Previous supervisory experience is highly advantageous;
You will be highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy;
You will have a flair for business development.
