Residential Conveyancing Associate / Partner

Our client is a major Surrey firm with an established and busy local residential and some commercial conveyancing client base.

Due to retirement next year of the lead partner, a role is available for a senior associate or partner to join the firm, take over the clients and lead the team.

You will not need a following because the business is already there, but it would be expected that the right person would have some contacts and be experienced at leading a busy conveyancing team.

The culture of the firm is to support senior fee-earners and provide all the back up and systems they need, but then give them freedom over how they run their team and grow the business.
