My client is a regional law firm with a strong presence in the South West. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor within the Corporate Department at their Bristol office.

The successful candidate will preferably have between 3-5 years PQE experience.

The successful Corporate Solicitor will join a specialist team and on a day to day basis be involved with M&A, corporate governance and restructuring, banking transactions and corporate finance. There will be a significant amount of responsibility and client contact with excellent opportunities for progression. This is a very fast paced position so exceptional file management skills are a must.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills, and proven experience of maintaining and developing excellent client will also be required to make a proactive contribution to implementing the Departments Business Plan, including delivering seminars and training, attending networking events and targeting new clients.
