The role

The firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer locum to join their flourishing team in Reading, Berkshire

This will be a varied role where you will be an independent fee earner run your own caseload in a team of experienced fee earners and support staff under the supervision of the Head of Department. You will be working with a secretary, this role will cover all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property and transfers of equity.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with at least two years' experience in Conveyancing
• You will have good experience of working in a Residential Property department and running your own caseload
• There is the opportunity to potentially get involved in Commercial Property
• This role is likely to be on-going for several months
• Every chance of leading to permanent work
• Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent upon experience with excellent benefits
