The Role
An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their growing Enfield, North London office.
The Commercial Property department is currently thriving, it is only a small department, but very busy and has grown significantly in the last 12 months. You will find that the work they do is varied, making for a more interesting role. It includes SME, Retailers, Leisure and investors. You will deal with a caseload that includes; Landlord & tenant, Commercial leases, Sales and purchases and Investment work.
This role comes with good prospects for progression.
Requirements
- You will be a ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor with at least 6 months' experience fee earning in Commercial Property (there is no upper limit in regards to experience)
- You will be based in the Enfield, North London office
- You will have had good experience of running your own caseload
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
- Salary is negotiable and depending on your background although up to £50k
