In House Corporate Commercial Lawyer

THE FIRM

THE ROLE

This role will fit into an existing City based team of three Corporate and Commercial Lawyers, and involve the provision of advice on aspects of both corporate and commercial law to the firm's clients, in particular where legal matters sit alongside client work undertaken by the general accountancy practice.

The team provides legal services on the following areas:

Corporate

General corporate law and corporate governance advice

Acquisitions and disposals

Joint ventures and investment agreements

Capital investments and strategic advice to new and developing businesses

Loan, security and pledge agreements

Commercial

Agency, distribution, supply and manufacturing agreements

Franchise and licensing agreements

Leasing and finance agreements

General terms and conditions for the purchase and supply of goods and services

Commercial agreements

Information technology services

Outsourcing

Data protection

ABOUT YOU

A talented lawyer with 2-4PQE, you will have gained experience from a law firm or in house team in corporate law with either commercial law or share option schemes

You will have a strong intellect, the ability to think creatively, have excellent technical drafting and analytical skills and be a team player.
