This client has a highly valued knowledge management team that is integral to the strategic vision of the firm. They are looking for a Corporate Finance Professional Support Lawyer with expertise in all aspects of Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets.
THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to ensure that all those involved in delivering legal advice to clients have access to the knowledge and information they require to deliver a technically excellent, efficient service. The PSL is a key to this delivery from drafting and reviewing standard forms and documents, to keeping the team and clients up to date and devising innovative ways of sharing that knowledge with clients as part of client relationship management.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5pqe in corporate finance law gained with a similar calibre international law firm. You will need to demonstrate the gravitas and intellect to quickly win the trust of the corporate finance team as well as building good working relationships across the firm.
Previous experience of working as a PSL is desirable but not essential.
