IT Commercial PSL

This international firm is looking for an additional Professional Support Lawyer to support its IP/IT practice. To suit a solicitor/PSL with 4+ pqe gained at a firm noted for its expertise in this area and a positive client centred approach. At least 4 years' pqe or equivalent in a comparable firm, with wide-ranging commercial / transactional experience.

THE ROLE

To support an IP/IT practice with a global presence. It is recognised that IP/IT law is a critical area of practice, relevant to every major business transaction as the growth of technology drives services around the world.

This PSL role will include the normal PSL activities (precedents, know-how, training, etc) as well as working on specific projects/initiatives and responsibility for know-how engagement with clients.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

You should have 4pqe+ experience in one of more of the following areas: outsourcing, data protection and general commercial work. An interest in the use of technology and automation in the delivery of legal services would be desirable.
