Projects/Bids Lawyer – Flexible Working Considered – East Midlands or Central London

Our client is a global engineering group and market leader who are seeking to recruit an additional legal adviser to their established team.

You will work as part of the UK legal team advising the business on engineering project and bids. This will include contracts for manufacturing and supply, operation and maintenance, licensing, consortium, agency, technology transfer/software, claims, procurement and property. You will also work closely with other group legal departments, particularly within Europe.

You will be a commercial contract lawyer ideally with exposure to technology or engineering. You will be UK qualified with some experience of the above. You must be prepared for some UK and international travel. Language skills would be a benefit but not essential, preferably European or Asian. It is important that you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills. 

This is a full-time position but our client will consider flexible working combining some home-working. Our client is seeking someone with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience, however all candidates are considered on merit.
