The role of Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen as this new firm (with significant financial backing) looks to set up a Real Estate department. The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will offer legal services on the full range of commercial property matters including; landlord and tenant, commercial leases, general property portfolio management, development and investment and regeneration projects.
