Sellick Partnership have a fantastic opportunity for an experience Commercial Property Lawyer to join a busy Local Authority based in the Nottinghamshire area on a locum basis.

The Commercial Property Lawyer role will involve a board range of commercial property work and will initially be for 12 weeks on a full time basis, with the possibility of extension. The option for some home working may be available once the successful candidate is up and running.

My client is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent with an understanding of the statutory and governance framework relating to local authorities either gained through working in the public sector, or advising local government clients.
