Legal Recruitment Consultant - Private Practice

Excellent opportunity for a legal or professional services recruitment consultant to join one of London's most established and successful legal recruitment consultancies.

Law Support Professional is the most recent addition to the Law Support Group of companies and is dedicated to the recruitment of solicitors and partners into London law firms. We are instructed by and act for a broad range of clients from US firms, magic circle, silver circle and large national firms through to mid-sized and smaller City and West End firms and specialist boutique practices.

We are equally adept at undertaking specific retained search mandates alongside more traditional contingent assignments and have proven experience at successfully managing significant team moves and mergers and acquisitions.

Due to client demand and as part of our growth plans, we have an immediate requirement to hire a legal recruitment consultant. To be considered, the successful candidate should have:

• At least two years current legal private practice recruitment experience (other levels will be considered
• A proven ability to develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships
• A proven ability to develop and maintain revenues from a loyal client base
• A desire to be rid of an 8am to 8pm, KPI led culture
• A desire to play a significant role in developing a new division within a leading recruitment company 
• A willingness to learn and grow
• A desire to wok within a company where you can set and achieve your own goals
