Owing to continued success, our client is now looking to hire a Senior Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to work in its Maidstone office, a prominent central Kent location.
The Role
Do you possess 10 years’ plus PQE of personal injury work and a talent for comprehensively understanding clients’ needs? This is an opportune time to join our client as a Senior Catastrophic Personal Injury Solicitor managing your own caseload from inception to completion. The successful Solicitor will undertake an array of duties predominantly but not exclusively in brain injury cases resulting from: RTAs; accidents concerning pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists; occupational disease; criminal injuries; medical and professional negligence; accidents concerning all transport methods and; occupiers’ and employers’ liability. Additionally, you will be expected to organise rehabilitation and support for your clients from the start of the case. Business development is a feature of the role, so experience in networking and marketing is advantageous. The Candidate
To be considered for this role:
You must be a qualified Solicitor with PQE from 10 years’ plus involving personal injury work.
You will be able to pre-empt issues and exceed client expectations.
You will be IT proficient with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Working knowledge of case management systems is desirable.
You will possess accreditation from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and The Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
You will be commercially aware.
You will excel in client communication and in building and sustaining relationships.
Business development experience is essential.
You will work well under pressure, meeting fee targets and tight deadlines.
