The Role
An opportunity has arisen within a specialist Haywards Heath Commercial Property Department for a technically proficient Solicitor with solid general commercial property experience. Working within a small team, the successful Lawyer will advise property developers, companies and private land owners on a broad range of commercial property matters to include: freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; Landlord and Tenant matters; planning applications; property finance; developments and; the drafting and arranging of assignments and surrenders of leases. Passionate about business development and marketing, the successful Solicitor will build and maintain client relationships and promote the department and practices services, generating referrals. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically proficient with solid general commercial property experience;
You will possess outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be IT Literate;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a flair for business development.
