The role
This is a good opportunity for a career focused Personal Injury Paralegal for our clients’ busy office in Blackburn. You will be experienced in progressing Litigated and pre Litigated matters including fast track RTA cases. With great proficiency in using case management systems, the successful Paralegal will be joining a prestigious and growing department whilst providing excellent client care at all times. The role is offered on a full or part time basis.

The candidate
You must be a Paralegal with good experience within a Personal Injury department;
You must be able to manage a caseload of Litigated and pre Litigated matters;
You must have excellent communication and time management skills;
Good Negotiation skills is advantageous;
You will be willing to participate in the business development of the department;
Previous experience in supervision is desirable;
You will be well organised working well to meet deadlines.
