Qualified Conveyancer - Commercial High Street Firm - Tameside

Opportunity to join a commercially focused high street practice based in Tameside and deal with a broad mix of conveyancing matters as well as some light commercial property transactions.

Ideally you will have gained 2 years' experience within conveyancing and be a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer. The caseload will consist of a broad mix of sales, purchase, remortgage, right to buy, transfer of equity and auction properties for both freehold & leasehold matters. There will be assistance in place as well as a case management system, however you will need to be able to run your own transactions from inception to completion.

You will be working closely with a Partner and regularly meeting clients for face to face meetings. Client care is paramount for this practice so you must be an organised and personable conveyancer to maintain healthy relationships with both existing and new clients. Salary will be based on PQE level, however there will be benefits such as a work / life balance and progression opportunities available.
