My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic family lawyer to advise on a purely privately funded family caseload. 
 
This long established and well-regarded practice has been offering an array of legal services to private and commercial clients for many years. They have built a strong reputation in Warwickshire and the prevailing area for being a professional and friendly law firm. Due to a continued growth in new instructions, their family department is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to advise on a privately funded caseload of matrimonial instructions. 
 
The ideal candidate would be a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has built up a good name in family law, with a preference for privately funded matters. In addition, anyone who has achieved a 'Panel' status (either Family or Children) or trained as a resolution Family Mediator would be desirable. 
 
As goes with the territory, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team would be necessary from the outset.
