Residential Conveyancer - Are you a property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced paralegal looking for that next big step in your career? Are you a residential conveyancer looking to work for an ambitious and rapidly expanding Surrey law firm? Are you a residential conveyancer looking to be appreciated and rewarded for your hard work? This fantastically innovative and forward-thinking Surrey law firm now requires a residential conveyancer who has at least 2 years' experience of managing their own mixed caseload of residential property matters.
As a residential conveyancer you will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Team work
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload with or without support
- IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft packages
- Experience in new builds would be beneficial.
