Information Governance Locum

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an Information Governance Professional to join a great public sector organisation. The Information Governance role is located in central Manchester, with excellent transport links.

The successful candidate for the Information Governance role will join an existing team and in addition to specific project work, they will be expected to support work to digitise information governance across greater Manchester.

Requirements:
* Analyse and map information flows involved in complex, multi-agency service delivery
* Identify the appropriate conditions for processing for each flow of data
* Undertake Privacy Impact Assessments / Data Protection Impact Assessments using the appropriate technology
* Provide advice to projects on the most appropriate information governance solutions which enable effective and lawful data sharing
* Create and deliver communications appropriate to a variety of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Handle complex, sensitive and challenging requests for information

Experience in a public sector organisation is desirable, however any candidates interested in the role are encouraged to apply.
